Regional Growth Manager
West Linn, OR
Also Known As: Sales Representative · Client Engagement Manager · Community Outreach Specialist · Network Development Manager · Business Growth Specialist
Become a Regional Growth Manager in the West Linn, Oregon Metro
The West Linn, Oregon metro area is home to 27,000 residents across industries spanning Professional Services, Healthcare, and Retail Trade — creating a deep pool of professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors who are actively seeking new wealth-building strategies. SCDC is actively recruiting Regional Growth Managers who have established personal and professional networks in the West Linn area and are connected to local professional, investment, and business communities. Candidates who are active in organizations such as West Linn Chamber of Commerce and Oregon Real Estate Investors Association (Oregon REIA) (serving the West Linn area) are especially well-positioned for this role.
The Regional Growth Manager is a W-2, fully remote, commission-based position where you invite people from your personal and professional network to attend a live, Founder-led executive briefing called "The Architecture of Legacy." You never sell, close, pitch, or answer financial questions — the Founder handles everything during the briefing. Commissions are uncapped and paid every Friday. Briefings are held Wednesdays at 7:30 PM CT and Saturdays at 2:00 PM CT via Microsoft Teams. No sales experience or degree required. Your network is your only qualification.
What You'll Do As a Regional Growth Manager
- Invite: Reach out to people in your network — phone contacts, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email — and personally invite them to attend the live "Architecture of Legacy" executive briefing.
- Register: Guide every interested prospect to register at scdctexas.com. Confirm registration. Collect First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.
- Remind: Execute the 3-touch confirmation sequence — immediate confirmation, 24-hour reminder, and personal text/call 1-2 hours before the briefing.
- Support: Attend both weekly briefings (Wed 7:30 PM CT, Sat 2:00 PM CT) on camera, professionally dressed, microphone muted.
- Track: Log all prospect activity — invitations sent, registrations, attendance, post-presentation status, agreement status, wire status.
- Follow Up: Execute the post-presentation follow-up cadence. Maintain your pipeline. Every "no" is a "not yet."
- Earn: When your guest wires their deposit as a new Investor-Purchaser, your commission is paid the following Friday.
You do not sell, close, pitch, present, or answer financial questions. You are an "Architect of Curiosity" — your skill is relationships, not sales.
Compensation and Weekly Pay Structure
- W-2 Employee Position — not a 1099 independent contractor.
- 100% Commission, Uncapped — no base salary, no cap. 6 to 7 figures annually.
- Paid Every Friday — one-week delay cycle ensures Texas 3-day right-to-cancel clearance.
- No Chargeback Policy — except in cases of fraud committed by an RGM.
- Close Rate — SCDC closes approximately 10–20% of qualified briefing attendees.
Your Growth Path at SCDC
This role begins as a 100% commission-based position — but top-performing Regional Growth Managers are being considered for transition to full-time salaried positions at $156,000 per year with benefits and profit sharing.
This transition is expected within the next 6 months as the company scales its nationwide operations, though it is not guaranteed and is dependent upon SCDC achieving its sales goals and growth metrics.
Salaried RGMs will take on expanded responsibilities including leading post-presentation Q&A sessions with briefing attendees. Profit sharing eligibility begins after 6 months in the salaried position.
Who Thrives in This Role
- People with large, active personal and professional networks across multiple industries and communities.
- Business owners and entrepreneurs who understand relationship-based income.
- Real estate agents, insurance brokers, financial advisors, and CPAs with large client books.
- Community organizers, church leaders, coaches, and social media influencers.
- Military veterans and military spouses with disciplined work habits and strong networks.
- Stay-at-home parents with deep community roots.
- Retirees and semi-retired professionals with decades of professional relationships.
- Anyone whose phone calls get answered and whose recommendations are trusted.
The West Linn metro's Affluent suburban small business and professional services community along Willamette River and Above-average household income attracts educated younger professionals and families represent the exact profile of professionals who thrive in relationship-based income roles.
This Role Is Not For You If
- You need a guaranteed base salary regardless of performance.
- You are not willing to reach out to your own network.
- You want a passive, hands-off income opportunity.
