Regional Growth Manager Openings in Perry, Iowa

The Perry, Iowa metro area is home to 8,000 residents across industries spanning Food Processing, Healthcare, and Retail — creating a deep pool of professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors who are actively seeking new wealth-building strategies. SCDC is actively recruiting Regional Growth Managers who have established personal and professional networks in the Perry area and are connected to local professional, investment, and business communities. Candidates who are active in organizations such as Perry Chamber of Commerce and Iowa Real Estate Investors Association (Iowa REIA) (serving the Perry area) are especially well-positioned for this role.

The Regional Growth Manager is a W-2, fully remote, commission-based position where you invite people from your personal and professional network to attend a live, Founder-led executive briefing called "The Architecture of Legacy." You never sell, close, pitch, or answer financial questions — the Founder handles everything during the briefing. Commissions are uncapped and paid every Friday. Briefings are held Wednesdays at 7:30 PM CT and Saturdays at 2:00 PM CT via Microsoft Teams. No sales experience or degree required. Your network is your only qualification.

  • Register: Guide every interested prospect to register at scdctexas.com. Confirm registration. Collect First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.
  • Remind: Execute the 3-touch confirmation sequence — immediate confirmation, 24-hour reminder, and personal text/call 1-2 hours before the briefing.
  • Support: Attend both weekly briefings (Wed 7:30 PM CT, Sat 2:00 PM CT) on camera, professionally dressed, microphone muted.
  • Track: Log all prospect activity — invitations sent, registrations, attendance, post-presentation status, agreement status, wire status.
  • Follow Up: Execute the post-presentation follow-up cadence. Maintain your pipeline. Every "no" is a "not yet."
  • Earn: When your guest wires their deposit as a new Investor-Purchaser, your commission is paid the following Friday.

  • Paid Every Friday — one-week delay cycle ensures Texas 3-day right-to-cancel clearance.

Your Growth Path at SCDC

This role begins as a 100% commission-based position — but top-performing Regional Growth Managers are being considered for transition to full-time salaried positions at $156,000 per year with benefits and profit sharing.

This transition is expected within the next 6 months as the company scales its nationwide operations, though it is not guaranteed and is dependent upon SCDC achieving its sales goals and growth metrics.

Salaried RGMs will take on expanded responsibilities including leading post-presentation Q&A sessions with briefing attendees. Profit sharing eligibility begins after 6 months in the salaried position.

Who Thrives in This Role

  • People with large, active personal and professional networks across multiple industries and communities.

  • Military veterans and military spouses with disciplined work habits and strong networks.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Architecture of a Yes?
The Architecture of a Yes is SCDC's 3-step invitation framework. Step 1 is the Big Question, asking the prospect if they would want to achieve significant financial growth. Step 2 is the Ask, inviting them to attend the free executive briefing. Step 3 is the Registration, guiding them to register at scdctexas.com and confirming completion. This script is word-for-word as provided, but can be altered by each RGM once they understand the purpose.
Do I need sales experience or a college degree to apply?
No formal sales experience and no college degree are required. This is not a traditional sales role. You never pitch, present, or close deals. The only skill you need is an active network of people who already know, like, and trust you.
What happens if my prospect says no?
Most “no’s” are treated as a not yet. Prospects who decline may revisit their decision when SCDC announces major milestones such as major press releases for funding, tv or podcast interviews, land purchases, etc. Keep every prospect in your RGM dashboard tracking system. Your pipeline of past attendees and past declines becomes your most valuable asset over time as our “viral moment” happens. Also ask every no for referrals since they have seen the presentation and may know someone who would be interested.
What is S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp?
S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp is a problem-solving multifamily real estate development company headquartered in Houston, Texas. S.H.A.R.E. stands for Supplying Humanity with Achievements, Resources, and Education. The company has over 950 Investor-Purchasers across 131 metro areas nationwide.
Why am I called an Architect of Curiosity?
The title reflects the core philosophy of the RGM role. You are not selling a product. You are architecting curiosity in qualified individuals by asking powerful questions and extending exclusive invitations. Your job is to open doors and create enough intrigue for people to attend the briefing. Once they are in the room, the Founder and the presentation do the closing.
What does a Regional Growth Manager actually do on a daily basis?
Your single daily objective is to reach out to people in your personal and professional network and personally invite them to attend a live, Founder-led executive briefing called "The Architecture of Legacy." You do not sell, close, pitch, or answer financial questions. Daily activities include sending personal invitations via text, email, and social media, confirming registrations at scdctexas.com, and sending reminders before each briefing.
What should I do if a prospect asks detailed financial questions?
Do not attempt to answer complex financial or model questions yourself. This is a Golden Rule. Tell the prospect that the briefing covers that in full detail with the Founder who has over 40 years of experience in exactly this area. Share approved marketing materials for those that need more information before joining the presentation, but do not try to explain that marketing material. If they have already attended the briefing and have follow-up questions, connect them directly to the Founder through the proper channels.
Is this a W-2 employee position or 1099 independent contractor?
This is a W-2 employee position with S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp. It is not a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. Compensation is 100% commission-based with no base salary.
What is the follow-up cadence after a briefing?
After your invitee attends a briefing presentation, the company will automatically send out follow-up emails and sometimes text messages to continue to market to them if they do not move forward with a presale agreement. Your job is to be the human connection at the end of that digital follow-up be letting them know you are available for assistance, etc.
How do I apply and how quickly can I start?
Visit scdctexas.com/schedule to book a brief group interview via Microsoft Teams. Camera must be on in a professional setting. If approved, you complete onboarding via DocuSign on the spot. Many candidates start the same day they interview.
How do I handle a prospect who saw negative information online?
Use the APEX Framework. Acknowledge that negative content exists online. Pivot by noting that any company disrupting a trillion-dollar industry attracts opposition. Explain that the briefing provides full transparency and lets them evaluate the evidence directly. Extend the invitation to attend and form their own informed opinion. Never engage in online arguments or defend the company on social media.
When and how often are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid every Friday on a one-week delay cycle. Wire confirmations received by Wednesday at 5:00 PM CST result in commission payment that same Friday. No chargebacks except in cases of fraud.
Do I need to attend both weekly briefings?
Yes. Both weekly briefing presentations are mandatory from the day you are onboarded. Wednesdays at 7:30 PM CT and Saturdays at 2:00 PM CT. You must attend on camera, business casual attire required, in a quiet and private environment, as you should encourage your invites to do also. You are there to observe, learn, support your guests, and show prospects that real team members stand behind this opportunity. You may also ask questions about the presentation at the end as all other guests, without identifying yourself as an employee, nor asking any employee related questions, as those are reserved only for the morning daily huddles.
How much can I realistically earn in this role?
This is a 100% commission-based role with absolutely no cap on earnings. Income potential ranges from 6 to 7 figures annually depending on your activity level and the size of your network. SCDC closes approximately 10 to 20 percent of qualified attendees. Your earning potential is directly proportional to the number of qualified people you get to attend the briefing.
Is this position fully remote and available nationwide?
Yes. Fully remote, work-from-home, available to anyone authorized to work in the United States. There are no territory restrictions and your entire nationwide network is your market. Briefings are conducted live via Microsoft Teams.
