The Grenada, Mississippi metro area is home to 12,000 residents across industries spanning Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail — creating a deep pool of professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors who are actively seeking new wealth-building strategies. SCDC is actively recruiting Regional Growth Managers who have established personal and professional networks in the Grenada area and are connected to local professional, investment, and business communities. The Regional Growth Manager is a W-2, fully remote, commission-based position where you invite people from your personal and professional network to attend a live, Founder-led executive briefing called "The Architecture of Legacy." You never sell, close, pitch, or answer financial questions — the Founder handles everything during the briefing. Commissions are uncapped and paid every Friday. Briefings are held Wednesdays at 7:30 PM CT and Saturdays at 2:00 PM CT via Microsoft Teams. No sales experience or degree required. Your network is your only qualification.

What scripts and tools does SCDC provide?
SCDC provides a complete set of approved invitation scripts, objection handling frameworks called AURA and APEX, a 3-touch confirmation sequence, post-presentation follow-up cadences, a tracking online system, and email templates for every stage of the pipeline. You use these tools exactly as provided. The system is designed to be process-reliant, not talent-reliant.
What does a Regional Growth Manager actually do on a daily basis?
Your single daily objective is to reach out to people in your personal and professional network and personally invite them to attend a live, Founder-led executive briefing called "The Architecture of Legacy." You do not sell, close, pitch, or answer financial questions. Daily activities include sending personal invitations via text, email, and social media, confirming registrations at scdctexas.com, and sending reminders before each briefing.
What documents do I receive when I start?
Upon approval, you receive a Welcome Email from the Founder with your username and password to access your RGM Dashboard. The RGM Welcome Aboard Guide covering the company mission, your role, compensation structure, professional standards, and support systems, and the RGM Operations Manual containing every script, process, compliance rule, objection response, and follow-up cadence you need to operate daily; are available in the RGM Dashboard. Both documents are confidential.
Is this a W-2 employee position or 1099 independent contractor?
This is a W-2 employee position with S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp. It is not a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. Compensation is 100% commission-based with no base salary.
What is the APEX Framework?
APEX is SCDC's framework specifically for handling online negativity and bad press. Acknowledge that negative content exists online for every major company, Tesla, Amazon, Walmart, etc.; that disrupts a major trillion-dollar market, and SCDC is not immune to this. Pivot to the value of forming their own opinion with full information. Explain that the briefing provides full transparency and data. Extend the invitation to attend and evaluate the evidence themselves. Never engage in online arguments or respond to negative posts.
When and how often are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid every Friday on a one-week delay cycle. Wire confirmations received by Wednesday at 5:00 PM CST result in commission payment that same Friday. No chargebacks except in cases of fraud.
Is there ongoing training after the first week?
Yes. After your first week, you have access to optional daily Morning Huddle Q&A sessions with the Founder. Both weekly briefing presentations are mandatory. The morning huddles provide live coaching, company updates, and a forum to ask questions about your field experience. Consistent attendance at the huddles accelerates your learning and performance.
Is this position fully remote and available nationwide?
Yes. Fully remote, work-from-home, available to anyone authorized to work in the United States. There are no territory restrictions and your entire nationwide network is your market. Briefings are conducted live via Microsoft Teams.
What are the Golden Rules for RGMs?
Never quote specific returns, projections, or financial numbers outside the official presentation. Never explain the financial model or how the deal works. Never register a prospect yourself as they must self-register for TCPA compliance. Never make claims or promises the presentation has not made. Never engage in online arguments or respond to negative posts. Never share internal SCDC documents externally.
Do I need sales experience or a college degree to apply?
No formal sales experience and no college degree are required. This is not a traditional sales role. You never pitch, present, or close deals. The only skill you need is an active network of people who already know, like, and trust you.
What is the AURA Framework?
AURA is SCDC's primary objection handling framework. Acknowledge the concern about attending a presentation by validating their feeling. Understand by asking what specifically concerns them. Reframe by connecting their concern to the value of attending the briefing. Ask again by re-extending the invitation. This framework works for every common objection because the briefing itself is the answer to every concern.
How do I apply and how quickly can I start?
Visit scdctexas.com/schedule to book a brief group interview via Microsoft Teams. Camera must be on in a professional setting. If approved, you complete onboarding via DocuSign on the spot. Many candidates start the same day they interview.
How much can I realistically earn in this role?
This is a 100% commission-based role with absolutely no cap on earnings. Income potential ranges from 6 to 7 figures annually depending on your activity level and the size of your network. SCDC closes approximately 10 to 20 percent of qualified attendees. Your earning potential is directly proportional to the number of qualified people you get to attend the briefing.
